✔️ Commit to developing your leaders. Our leaders are in a pivotal moment. They can continue to lead as they always have, even though the environment has completely shifted, or leaders can adapt the way they lead to work for a hybrid team.

✔️Identify the skills needed. While there is research about skill of the future, you should also consider:

• What skills does our organization need?

• What does our strategic plan say?

• What are our organization’s goals?

• What actions do we need to take to develop these skills?

✔️Create training. Create training to develop those skills in your staff. The training should:

• Be engaging

• Recognize their existing experiences and expertise

• Prompt them to discover the skills they need

• Give them the opportunity to practice those skills in a safe environment
