The Top L&D Conferences of 2022

We all want to create behavior change through training.

But very few of us do.

I’m on a mission to change that.

I’m Heather, principal consultant at Skill Masters Market LLC, and I’ve spent years creating learning experiences for organizations across the US.

Many of these projects were being driven by an organizational change or were being used to drive a change...all of them intended to change behavior.

My approach combines instructional design best practices, change management principles, and behavior change techniques to create the change you want.
